There are several versions of DoD policy mandating motorcycle riding apparel.  Generally, Protective clothing must be worn when driving on base, including the following: helmet, gloves, reflective vest, long pants, long sleeve shirts, hard-sole shoes, and goggles or face shield.  Variations of "reflective vest" include high contrast color, with reflective qualities.  For those of us that ride, the orange vest is well known; however, it seems that orange road construction cones don't get the attention of drivers; that's the driving force behind  Victory Ride Gear.  Our jackets are meant to provide a strong military image while giving the rider a distinct look and additional padding.  Victory Gear LLC is a veteran owner and operated business ... no one knows victory like the U.S. Military!
